I needed these pants….

A friend told me to “order a pair and thank him later,” and I’m so glad I rolled the dice. I recently dropped a lot of weight, so much that altering my pants wasn’t an option. I was a little skeptical concerning the sizing method online - but it was spot-on and truer than the tailor who adjusted the new pairs of other slacks I bought last week. These commuters are easily the most comfortable fitting pants of any kind I have ever put on. Will be ordering several more pairs.

Nice pants - awful customer service

I bought 2 pr of chino tech pants and the black pair was a much heavier material than the blue. Almost a snow pant feel and weight. No problem. I packed them up and sent them back to exchange them for a Commuter pant (after speaking with customer service). Two+ weeks later, having heard nothing about the status, I reached out. After the 2nd attempt I received an email stating that they found pet hair on the pants - thus they designated them as “used” (tags still on them) and would send them back to me - no refund - on the 25th of the next month. Sept. 25. Apparently they only send the clothes that they do not give refunds for - that the customer owns -once a month.
I told them that I have a dog, and that if they have a lint roller, the “problem” would be solved. I stated that I tried them in but did not wear them.
Apparently they chose to ignore those facts, and said they were sorry, but that was their policy.
So, I have a pair if pants that are not the same material weight as their blue counterpart, that I now own because of a few pet hairs - and if I decided to use them - they won’t get to me until after Sept. 25th - long after our Sept. 12 departure for Europe.
My experience has been that companies in the retail clothing business should always default to goodwill. It keeps and attracts customers. Picayune and punitive policies save pennies - but cost dollars. I wonder if they even calculate their “cost to acquire customers”.
You folks decide whether this is a company you want to deal with.

TAYLRD refuses to issue a refund

I purchased two pairs of commuter pants. While I liked the fit, the material was thin and the pockets were very shallow, so I decided to return them. I initiated a return through TAYLRD and used the provided shipping label. That was a month ago. The items appear to have been lost in transit and TAYLRD refuses to issue a refund until the items arrive at their warehouse. Beware of this company and their shameful business practices.
