Refund policy

To start a return please use our customer portal HERE.

We want you to love your TAYLRD purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we make returns and exchanges easy.


Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 20 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges requested after 20 days will not be accepted.


Returns

  • All eligible returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free of charge.

  • Exchanges can be requested for any item or size available on our store.

  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be issued store credit.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit Customer Portal Here

  2. Login using your email address or Shop login

  3. Choose whether you’d like a return or exchange at end of return portal process

  4. Print your prepaid shipping label and drop your item at any carrier location


Processing Time Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your return is delivered for your refund or exchange to be processed.


Final Sale Items

  • All sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Accessories, undergarments, or any promotional giveaways are also considered final sale.

What is Redo? (Checkout+)

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
