Burgundy Plaid | Stretch Button Down Shirt

The color's pop and it fits great!

The good news is that their shirts are just as awesome as their shorts and pants...the bad news is that I now have another obsession!

I am 6ft. tall with an athletic build. Before purchasing, I measured my chest at 44 in. Looking at the size chart, being 6 ft. tall with a 44 in. chest and about 190 lbs, I should be a size medium. However, I'm just borderline for the size which goes up to 6' 1" and 44.5 in. chest. I like my clothing form fitting so I went with the medium. When I initially tried it on, I thought it was just right. After a couple washes in cold water, according to care instructions, they now are just a bit too small. There is stretch, but it tends to pull at the buttons on the chest which confirms it's a little too small in appearance. Not a clean, fitted look. I wish I would have exchanged them for large before washing. The shirt is comfortable though, nice looking and has some stretch. Follow care instructions and it not too wrinkled. I was looking forward to trying them in warmer weather and testing the moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. So, if you're close to the limit on a size, I suggest going up.

So I have 5 sets of Taylrd pants and figured if the quality mirrored them with this shirt, I would be very happy. And indeed I am! Where shirts normally appear better in pictures with color and fit; this one was better in person in both regards. I like my shirts more fitted and it was great. The color of the burgandy plaid with just a bit of stretch makes its a great fall/winter shirt with a light jacket or coat.
